Submission Guidelines

Submit online below. The system will return your submission code immediately after successful submission. geosusworkshop2026@gmail.com can be used for support inquiries.

The author(s) of an abstract will be notified if the abstract is accepted to be presented at the Conference. Selected high-quality papers presented at the workshop will be invited for consideration in a special issue of prestigious international journals. Details about the journals, themes, and submission procedures will be announced. All submissions will be subject to the journals' independent peer-review processes, and final publication decisions will rest with the editorial offices.

After successful proposal / abstract / poster submission, you will receive a submission code. Please keep your submission code and use it to complete the online registration.

Important: Every individual attending the workshop in person (including presenters) must register.

Session Proposals

A session proposal should include:

  • Session title
  • Convener information
  • Brief introduction: theme, content, objectives, and requirements
  • Each proposed session must include at least five and no more than ten abstracts.
  • Session proposals submitted after the early-bird registration period must include at least five abstracts at the time of submission.

Abstracts

An abstract should be:

  • Written in English
  • No more than 300 words
  • Include: author information, purpose, methodology, and main conclusions
  • Full papers for competition sessions (Best Student Paper Competition / Early Career Research Award) are also submitted here

Posters

A poster should include:

  • Author information
  • Abstract title & research background
  • Methods, conclusions, and discussion
